The first step is get a good understanding of what your looking for. This could include a FaceTime or phone consultation to discuss the details of the project and get a sense of your space. From there we create a sketch of your design and send pricing options for your review. Once payment is made, we will begin fabrication which typically takes 8-12 weeks depending the complexity of the piece.
Generally speaking every 12” of storage space can hold about 50 standard vinyl albums.
We offer a wide range of materials and finishing and custom match just about any color or finish. We generally use cabinet grade paint or conversion varnish and Benjamin Moore colors on our colored standard pieces. We generally use an oil based VOC complaint satin clear coat on our natural hardwood finishes. All of our materials are considered food safe. We can use low VOC or other environmentally friendly products upon request.
Unless otherwise stated, all items are made to order in our workshop. Standard furniture typically takes 8 weeks to fabricate. Custom order timing will be disclosed upon ordering.
To keep things simple, we offer free domestic shipping on all of our items. We use a range of shipping partners that include FedEx Ground, FedEx Freight, and Uship Blanket-Wrap service (at our discretion). All shipments include insurance and are packed accordingly. We don’t ship internationally unless a buyer wants to make the arrangements and cover the costs.
Because we hand-make everything to order, all sales are final. That said, we will work with you to determine the best remedy if something goes wrong and are fully committed to making things right. Full and partial refunds, exchanges and repairs are generally offered if there is a defect or damage upon receipt. Any damage or defect must be communicated within 14 days of receipt. We will opt to secure local professional repair where it makes sense. We will cover the expenses of having the product returned or replaced if that's warranted. In the case of a refund, the cabinet must returned in good condition prior to any refund. Customer is responsible for proper return packaging.
Payment is generally due in full and required before fabrication begins. There are no refunds once we begin working on your piece. We go through great lengths upfront make sure we are capturing all the details of what you'd like so that we can create something you will love.
